Sean Daugherty was born in Jacksonville, FL and moved to Charlotte, NC in 2018. Sean comes from a background of 2 years in Sports Performance Coaching and 6.5 years in Facilities Services and brings account management, coaching, contract sales and customer service skills to bear when working with his real estate clients.

Sean Daugherty attended The University of Central Florida and earned a Bachelor’s Degree in Sport & Exercise Science, and his skills in coaching/managing give him a unique insight into how to bargain, protect clients, find the best deal and market properties.

Sean Daugherty entered the Real Estate world in order to be his own boss, provide a better work/life balance for his family as well as having the desire to help people accomplish homeownership while having a stellar experience in the process and hasn’t looked back.

Sean Daugherty is married and lives in Charlotte, NC with his wife. He spends his free time skiing, kayaking, boating, attending local sporting events, finding new local restaurants and taking trips to the mountains.
